Foreword
The conference theme is
"Robots for the planet",
reflecting the growing development of
robots use in all aspects of human life and their increasing diversity
but also to emphasize the necessity of managing the co-existence of
robots and humans within a sustainable development scheme.
Papers are solicited in all related areas in robotics and intelligent
systems. Proposals for tutorials and workshops, as well as
organized/special sessions are also welcome to address the emerging
areas and innovative applications of new technologies. The conference will
also feature an industrial exhibition.
Nice
is the major town of the French Riviera and is worth to discover
in depth: wander at random through the narrow streets of the old town
and then stroll along the famous "Promenade" before entering into the
heart of the city with its rich architectural and cultural heritage
and its parks and gardens.
