    January 22, 2008        Proposals for Organized Sessions, postponed to February 11
    January 25, 2008        Proposals for Tutorials/Workshops, postponed to February 11
    February 22, 2008        Submission of full-length papers and videos (firm deadline, there will be no extension)
    March 14, 2008        Notification of Tutorials/Workshops acceptance
    June 6, 2008        Notification of paper and video acceptance
    July 7, 2008        Submission of final camera-ready papers


    Contributed Papers

    • Deadline: before 23:59 Pacific Standard Time, February 22, 2008 (firm deadline, there will be no extension)
    • Must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the PaperPlaza system
    • Maximum of 6 pages, including figures, 2 additional pages are allowed at a charge of 200 € per page
    • papers will published in a DVD and be available through IEEE Xplore. Paper copies will also be available with an additional fee

    Organized Sessions

    Organized sessions are to provide a forum for focused discussions on new topics, or innovative applications. An invited session consists of four papers that must be electronically submitted for review using the same procedure for contributed papers. A proposal must include:
    1. Title
    2. Organizers
    3. Brief Statement of Purpose for the session
    4. A List of Authors and Paper Titles with paper IDs that will be given at the electronic submission
    5. Keywords that describe the topic of the session


    Video Submissions

    Exciting videos of 1.5-3 minutes are sought for the conference's video proceedings. Videos should be accompanied by an extended abstract and submitted by following the guidelines.
    • Deadline: before 11:59 PM France Time February 22, 2008 (firm deadline, there will be no extension)

    • Length 1.5-3 minutes


    Tutorial and Workshop Procedure

    Proposals for half-day or full-day tutorials and workshops must be submitted by the following guidelines. Proposals must include
    1. Title
    2. Organizers
    3. Objectives and Topics
    4. Intended Audience
    5. List of Speakers
