Paper Presentation

Each paper will be allocated 20 minutes of time. Please make sure that your presentation does not go over 15 minutes, leaving time for questions. The session chairs are instructed to stick to the schedule and will interrupt a prolonged presentation. "No-shows" should be reported and the session chair should wait for the next time slot.

Room equipment

Each room will have a video projector, a laser pointer and screen. Please note that NO OVERHEAD PROJECTOR and NO COMPUTER will be provided. Any special request for equipment should be notified to the local conference secretariat

Video Presentation

Each video has a 17mn time slot allocated. An accompanying presentation is possible but we ask the author to reserve at least 7mn for questions.
